Return/Refund Policy

Williams Jewelers Inc. Conditions of Sale

Credits and Exchanges: We will refund up to 10 days to the original purchaser any item that was sold by Williams Jewelers Inc. as a stock item. Item must be in original condition (unused and unworn condition, and where applicable, in the original gift box, with all warranty cards and instruction books intact). Original sales slip must accompany all returns.

Any refunds on cash and check purchases over $100.00 will be given in the form of a check. Refund on check purchases will be given after 10 business days. Refunds on credit card purchases will be credited to the original purchases credit card account. (Must have card to issue credit).

No refunds after 10 days; in store credit only.  All sales are final after 30 days.

Special Orders:  Special orders are not returnable and require a 50% non-refundable down payment. A special order constitutes any jewelry, watch or other merchandise ordered, custom made, engraved or altered in any way at the customer’s request.

Layaway Policy: Items may remain in layaway for up to (90) days and require a 25% deposit. All layaways require monthly payments or else merchandise will be returned to stock.  Cancellations within 30 days of original down payment will receive a refund, minus $20.00 minimum or 20% restocking fee. Layaways after 30 days are non-refundable.

Servicing and Cleaning: Williams Jewelers Inc. will clean your jewelry and check the prongs free of charge. We recommend this be done at least twice a year.

Please Note: With acceptance of this receipt, customer agrees to above terms and conditions.  No other policies, either expressed or implied, will be honored.

Williams Jewelers Inc., including its employees, accepts no responsibility for condition or identification of jewelry and stones upon receipt.  Williams Jewelers Inc. is not responsible for clarity enhanced diamonds or treated gemstones during repair unless otherwise disclosed by the customer.  Any proof of appraised value on any items in for repair is the responsibility of the customer to provide, if needed.
